- The call will include either Cassie (CEO), Shre (Co-founder), or Kerry (Head of Trips).
- We’ll go over details like:
- In a few sentences, what is your ideal outcome from this trip?
- How long will you go for and what are the possible dates + destinations?
- What level of service and structure do you want to provide?
- What is the trip budget and how are you planning it financially?
- How are you thinking about group size and (if relevant) trip promotion?

2️⃣ Your draft trip goes up on tripsha.com ⚡️

- You will be given a host account and can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like with listing the trip.
- The trip can be visible to all or invite-only, you choose - depending on your trip.

3️⃣ Take bookings! 🚀

- Once you approve the trip it gets published and you can begin to take bookings. Any booking payments flow through to your connected bank account in real time (allow 2-3 days for processing).
- For internal retreats, the process is exactly the same minus payments. All other functions (room and add-on selection, collecting personal information and info about plus ones, liability waivers etc remains the same).
